Flatsome Theme – No UX Builder Option

Hello,
Sorry if this has already been asked or is common knowledge, but I am trying to build a WordPress website using the Flatsome theme.
I’ve already bought, downloaded, and registered my license for the theme.
Everything was going great until I went to edit my pages. It is my understanding that there is supposed to be a “UX Builder” option somewhere but I am just not seeing it. Been messing around with it for 30 minutes and I haven’t been able to find a solution anywhere.
How can I edit my pages with the UX Builder there is just no such option.
