I am currently using Gravity Forms but they do not offer a checkbox grid question type (yes I could technically do it with a bunch of CSS, but I’d rather not). WP Forms, Formidable Forms, and Fluent Forms all seem to offer the features I want, but Fluent Forms is *significantly* cheaper and I’m not sure why.
Things I need:
Checkbox grid question type
Basic conditional logic (if yes selected, show these three questions, super basic)
Integration with Active Campaign
Thing I would like (but not required):
Multi-page forms
A “quiz” type form with the ability to display a score or send you to a relevant page based on that score when submitted
Save and continue later
See if/when form was abandoned
Things I don’t need:
Anything involving accepting payments
I’m pretty sure Fluent Forms has everything I need and even all the things I want but don’t need lol. But the super low price tag is scaring me off 🤣 Thoughts??
