Hey gang, I’m hoping my issue is an easy fix. My company has created a WP site, and we’ve got two forms. One created with the Elementor bulider, the other is a WPForm form. The idea is that once the form is completed, an email gets sent to our info@ address. fluentSMTP says that the test emails, along with the form submissions are correct, and good, but no email ever comes through to our 365 accounts. Where should my troubleshooting take me?
EDIT – I should also mention that the emails are correct in the form settings to point to the info account.
