Font weights aren’t working

[ad_1]

I’m using the Satoshi font family throughout my site, which includes black, bold, medium and light, but when I try to set any text to black it just appears to be the same weight as the bold text.

The text/logo ‘addison’ in the top left of the screenshot is set to bold and the other header text is set to black.

Can anyone help me fix this?

  1. Your website address is set to include ‘www.’, but your font is trying to be loaded from the non-www address. It’s being blocked by the CORS policy ([see screenshot here]). Error is shown in the developer console.

Go to Settings > General and make sure both the WordPress Address and Site Address are the same to start with. If they are, then you might have to redirect all traffic from the non-www URL to the www URL and see if that fixes it.

Edit: you could also set the correct headers in either your Nginx server block or Apache virtual host so that the font is loaded.
