Getting this issue with the Litespeed Cache plugin with Generate Press only. I have tested with other themes are working fine

Try to disable any minification or combination of CSS in LiteSpeed cache. That usually causes issues like these.
Take note that switching themes triggers a cache/optimization reset. With issues like these, switching themes may not reflect the occurrence of such an issue immediately. It may take some time especially since you have a CDN.

Sorry for blaming LiteSpeed Cache for this issue. I confirmed now it is because of the Ad inserter plugin.
I have not switched themes, I have tested the different themes in the sub-domain with Litespeed and Ad Inserter.

I have fixed the issue by removing ad inserter sticky widget from the side bar.
