I tested this on your site and I suspect the issue is that you don’t have an email client configured on your computer (example mail clients could include macOS Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook, etc). The email sharing button uses a mailto link which requires an email client to be configured on a visitor’s computer.
When I clicked on the email link button on your site, it opens a new email in my mail client.
