This has been working fine for some time, but shortly after the (last?) update, it started popping up with “forbidden” in the contact forms and comments. I’ve currently disabled it for the contact forms, but I need comments to work as well. I’ve tried in an incognito window, and it keeps giving me the “forbidden” error, and now it’s just telling me that I’m submitting too many forms, try again later.
Also, I tried to submit a ticket and it’s telling me “*** Forbidden. You sent forms too often. Please wait a few minutes. ***” – this is on YOUR website, where I only sent a single request.
Any suggestions? I could really use some help ASAP. I can NOT send in a ticket due to the error I’m getting on your website.
