I’m new at using WordPress and looking for a bit of help or guidance. I’m trying to create a website for my EMS agency to streamline narrative writing. I have created a few SOAP Notes on www.soapnotes.org. These work great but my administration would like something personal to us that’s behind a gated website. How do I create forms like Soap Notes that are templates that generate an answer to be copied and pasted?
