I want to create a custom form that allow users to register, login and leave a review on a business..it should allow for custom fields to have business name, review etc
Basically want to build a Trustpilot type site but using wordpress as I’m no coder etc.

Be better off using something like [Site Reviews](https://wordpress.org/plugins/site-reviews/).
ACF or Pods if you want to build it out yourself in wordpress.
How serious is this, a hobby project? Do you want to make a business out of it?
There might be themes that are purposed for this. You could start there.
But if you’re really serious about this you might want to talk to someone who is a “coder etc.”
Themes that do these things out of the box are usually a mess of put together plugins and templates. Better keep it all updated. Hope nothing breaks (spoiler: eventually it will, with all kinds of wp, plugin and theme updates. All releasing at different timings, and managed by different people)
In my professional opinion, I think you shouldn’t want yo build such a system with wordpress.
But, if you just want to try and/or dont want to spend (much). Try if you can find a paid theme and go from there. Around 50-80usd.
Paid Membership Pro plugin should do the job.
