Form with response button after on table after submission

Hi,

Is it possible to create a WordPress website with a font end table at the child users (insurance employee) dashboards with all submitted forms ie. quotes that has been submitted by normal users via the website UI and then have a response button next to the submitted forms that then redirects to mail client
