Woocommerce has the problem to do with, in my opinion, a very sensitive amount setting. In case someone, is still looking for a solution to the problem for days: only enter the amounts in the delivery cost settings with decimal places, if there are decimal places. So never enter 60.00, just 60. In my opinion, Woo is very sensitive here.
