I’m looking to improve a site by adding some scroll-animations and a more interactive UI to make it fancier.
I’m using the default editor, not a page builder.
I do know how to write custom-CSS for different `:hover` transformations or `@keyframe` animations, but, especially for scroll animations, I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations? Specifically, I want the top-menu to change on scroll which is an effect we have all seen.
I have seen one plugin [ScrollSquence](https://wordpress.org/plugins/scrollsequence/) mentioned but I don’t know if the free version offers much.
Any advice appreciated.
