“From” name for Woo emails won’t change

I recently changed the name of my business and, therefore, changed the domain name.

After changing everything over, I went to Woocommerce >> Settings >> Emails and changed the “From” name field to the new business name. However, email notifications that Woo sends are still using the old business name.

In the inbox, email notifications look like this:

Old Business Name
[New Business Name]: New order #018731

So, for some reason the sender name is not changing, but it did change in the subject line.

Can someone please help me figure out how to change the sender name of my email notifications to my new business name?
