FTP endpoint for AzureVM

[ad_1]

Hello Everybody,

I have a WordPress running in Azure VM. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the Azure dashboard, because our IT department manages it.

When I asked them to share FTP credentials with me, they shared login and password, but when I asked for FTP endpoint, they insist it’s this one:

*ftp.azurewebsites.windows.net*

They don’t include the “waws-db3” part or whatever. That’s not complete, right? Do I have any chance to find out the first part myself please?

  1. You are the first person I have ever met that runs WordPress on a Microsoft stack.
I know they do have some WordPress stuff, but all I hear are horror stories.
The only reason why I looked into Microsoft azure for hosting one of my sites is because you can also use Oracles MYSQLHEATWAVE on their platform.
Besides Oracle, you can leverage MYSQLHEATWAVE on both AWS and Azure.
But Azure requires a PHD to figure out.
