Settings > Relevanssi > Searching > Keyword matching > “Partial words”.
Thought that might have been it, but wasn’t sure.
I saw an older screen shot somewhere that had fuzzy matching as a checkbox. Obviously you removed it. Was confused why I couldn’t find it.

That may have been from Relevanssi 3 before I did a complete overhaul for the settings pages.
