I am creating my ecommerce site and I have saved everything, my pages, products and blog posts in draft. Which should I publish first, if that makes sense. There is no single button to press to make the entire site live at one time.

WordPress sites are published/live by default.
Unless you’re talking about [Wordpress.com](https://Wordpress.com) hosting, which I believe has a “publish my site” button. Contact them if you need assistance with their proprietary platform.
