Since this theme isn’t free would help a lot if you can post some screenshots with the issue. I don’t quite understand which editable text elements are you referring to.
Also if you could check if there are any JavaScript errors and post them would be helpful.

I’m not sure how to attach an image here without uploading it to a site. However, I’m not sure what showing you a screenshot would do, as it doesn’t show an error, as when you click on the edit button, the page does nothing.
Basically, in Avada you have a container, then you have columns and within that you have elements (or blocks in WordPress lingo). The image, checkbox etc elements all work but the text one does not with the Google analytics plugin activated.
I’m also not sure how to know if there are any javascript errors. This issue is on all of my Avada sites, and you can’t see anything, it’s just an issue for me editing textboxes.
Sorry, I know this isn’t much help. One of the sites I’m experiencing this is https://kawarthacoop.ca. If I deactivate the Analytics plugin, then I can edit the text boxes as usual.

On the page you’re having the issue, try to follow https://developer.projectdmc.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/. Skip step 1 and step 2, and follow step 3. If you manage to identify the error, post it following the instructions from step 4.
