To be more specific, i want on a new order, if a particular shipping method is used, to generate the packing slip and send it by email to a specific email, is it possible with your hooks ?

The packing slip attachment is one of the features included in the Professional extension. However, please note that for your specific case, even with this extension, you would need a code snippet to make it work as you want, that is, attaching/creating the packing slip automatically when a specific shipping method is selected.
That said, if you have a valid license, we can offer this code snippet as part of the premium support, without extra charges.
