Hello,
Seems like some user sends a request directly to your wp-comments-post.php. Your script doesn’t post the comment, but our plugin intercepts the request before wp-comments-post.php will decline it.
You can try to restrict direct access to wp-comments-post.php and/or disable comments protection in the CleanTalk plugin settings (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
