Hi! I’m looking for a plugin so we can sell digital vouchers.
We offer photo shoots and we want to sell a voucher or gift card online so they can gift it to a friend or use it for themselves. We then scan the voucher and we know they have paid ect.

You want the recipient to receive some sort of barcode or QR that they could print or show on their phone and then you scan? This is probably more complex that you suspect. What tool are you planning to use to scan the barcode and validate the purchase?
If you’re located in USA, I’d use services like Square to handle all of the above.
I’m sure you can also do it via WooCommerce but it might become too complicated for your business.
Have you googled Woocommerce gift card plugin? There’s a couple of plugin available.
