Thank you for reaching out! At the top of the page, you might have noticed the link for the new tutorial at https://tutorials.wpo365.com/courses/email-configure-microsoft-graph-mailer/ and here in step to configure the API Permissions there is note that says “If the Grand admin consent for … is greyed out then you do not have sufficient permissions to continue. Since this is mandatory you must contact your Global Administrator and ask for help.”
