Had a wild card entry for my root domain for Multi-site, yet I still needed to park the subdomain to flush the cache ?

I am running a Multi-Site network and based on all documentation I have found, you can use a wild card entry to put in front of your domain, which will cover all subdomains.
However, On my Multi-Site, I was forced to Park the subdomain, because of caching, the site was not updating.
I know that there should be no reason to have to park the subdomain since the wild card, takes care of it. But it’s not working in my case.

I use SITEGROUND for hosting, and good luck trying to get any support. Their response is that I need to hire a developer. They refuse to even take a look at it. Their support has really gone done over the last couple of years.

  1. Parking has nothing to do with caching. If you post a URL, maybe we can help further.
