Have you created a professional looking website without using Astra/Elementor but with any twenty-twenty theme with Gutenberg blocks ? If so, how could you manage the CSS. Do you use any CSS framework (Bootstrap/Tailwind) for content ?
Yes. Use the customizer for additional CSS. I also like to use the Twentig plugin with this and the other default themes.
