Header in Twenty Twenty-Two Theme

Hi,
I've installed a WordPress site using the Twenty Twenty-Two theme. I've noticed that the header height is quite large.

When I create a page, the page heading appears much further down the page. How can I bring these two elements closer together or reduce the header height?
