How would I change the hover cart since the default looks ugly. I am relatively new to WordPress. I have attached a picture of the page I’m sorry I had to edit some of the content out due to business privacy. I am using Elementor pro as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use any other addon if you dont get option with default theme. e.g happy addons, royal addons Or elementskit.
