HELP! Can’t disable horizontal scroll and want overflow to extend to whole page

I’m trying to finish a website for my job and we have a site editor through wordpress. I’ve watched tons of youtube videos trying telling me to use custom css through the customize option on the theme but it’s not available. Additionally, this wordpress doesn’t let me download plugins. I’m using the affinity theme but not sure what I should do next! Any help is appreciated!
