Help Configuring Cloudflare CDN for cPanel/Webmail Access via Hosting

[ad_1]

Hi everyone!

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this thread, but I recently activated Cloudflare CDN (free) for my website hosted at Krystal Hosting and found that I lost access to cPanel and webmail when I tried to access them via Krystal Dashboard. I am getting the following network error message:

“This site can’t be reached aloy-ams1.krystalhosting.com took too long to respond.”

I was able to identify the cause of the problem. I disabled all DNS proxies in Cloudflare as recommended by Krystal Hosting technical support and was able to access my cPanel and webmail again. However, I am new to WP and everything related to it and have no technical knowledge. Therefore, I am not sure if and which proxies I need to disable or if there is a way to configure them properly to maintain access to cPanel and Webmail via my Krystal Hosting dashboard and still benefit from Cloudflare’s CDN features.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
