Hey there,
I’m looking for a decent paid or free Help-desk plugin. I’ve used Zendesk (but we dropped it due to a lack of company interest, of course 🙄) so I’m pretty familiar with help-desks in general.
We’ve launched a free app and one of our staff wants to just use a support email (cool, cool, cool) and of course I don’t. (Is it turned on? Have you checked if it’s plugged in?)
So, I was wondering if any of y’all have had experience with a helpdesk plugin and what you might recommend and why?
(I’m good with paid plugins)
