Hi guys, I don’t know if you can help. We have an open ticket with the woocommerce support team for an urgent matter (8769204) – we can’t accept any payments via our website.
I appreciate we are not the only clients in need of support, but the last time we heard anything was Saturday, when they were going to look into the configuration for us.
Is there any way to reach out, other than the ticketing system, to find out what’s going on and when we can expect an answer? We have a lot of very unhappy clients right now and are losing a substantial amount of money so it’s quite a stressful situation that needs solving urgently.
I hope someone can help point us in the right direction.
