[Help] How to remove Avatars completely?

Hi everybody,

i’ve switched my Comment System from AnyComment to wpDiscuz and i’m stuck with this “broken image”, even though in Settings > Discussion i completely turned off Avatars.

I also checked the Tables and all Tables from AnyComment have been completely and succesfully removed so i’m wondering, why this Avatar still floats in my Admin Backend.
