Help Inserting Html

I used Image Map Pro to map an image and add links. I used an html block (Gutenburg) to add the first snippet of code to my page. I used the WP Code plugin to add the second and third snippets to the body. Nothing. What am I doing wrong?

(Also, thanks to the commenters on my last post who helped me realize I needed the html code and not JSON lol)
