Hi all,
I’ve been tasked with updating a website for a client, and although I’m fairly competent with the design side of WordPress, there are things I can’t find or get my head around.
[https://padharo.co.uk/])On this site, how do I remove the enormous space below the footer on web view? I’ve gotten rid of it on mobile and I can’t find anything that should be pushing it down that far.
Second question, why are the ‘Our Menu’ and ‘Book Now’ buttons aligning the text to the bottom of the button? On the editor, they show as central, and I have made sure that align is set to that too.
And lastly, on mobile, the footer jumps all over the place in layout, it doesn’t relate at all to the preview when building in wordpress. How can I fix this?
Thank you for any answers. I may need to be guided to locations if any custom coding needs to be added.

You have animated elements (various food items) added into the page that are positioned absolute with top/left/right values. You have to scroll left/right to see them because they’re not positioned correctly.
And because they’re animated the screen width is constantly changing.
They look like elementor elements, so change their settings in the page editor.
