Hi all, looking to add a quiz plugin to a wordpress site to help match clients with a provider! I am struggling to find an option that will allow for custom results pages based on answers.
For example, one of the questions will ask which insurance provider a client has, and their answer will affect who they are recommended. Another question will ask what they’re looking for help with (anxiety, depression, etc.) and that answer will also affect who they are recommended. The results page will need to be able to take both of these things into account when choosing which “result” to display (insurance + area of interest).

look over Pro versions of Metform or WPforms to create a quiz – then setup a notification flow based on the answers. Bigger question is – is your hosting hippa compliant for such a quiz to save encrypted info?
