Help resetting my theme

I accidentally deleted some blocks on my homepage and now I don’t which ones they were.

Before the older posts would show up with category and title underneath the picture.(hyperlink included)
But now only the picture is on display on the homepage.

How can I reset it? I just want it to look like the standard theme.
