First & foremost, I am not a web developer in the slightest. But I can find my way around the backend of WordPress to make changes if needed.
We have a contact form on our site and I have 2 questions / issues I need help with.
1. I keep getting a ton of the same email, from the same person. It’s Jennifer O’Brien with Dandy and she can remove all our bad reviews online. Totally spam and I want to block her, but not sure if that’s a possibility. So can I block her somehow? The way the form emails come through, it’s not from her email, because I’ve already blocked her actual email.
2. Related to #1, all our form submissions get grouped together in the same email thread in our email (gmail) account. So if a customer fills out the form, but then Jennifer from Dandy submits on the form 3x, they will all look like they’re from the same thread even though their reply-to emails are different. It would be easy to miss an email where the customer had a question. Is there a way to make our form submissions come in as separate emails? (I do have conversation mode on in google but I am hoping there is a setting in the Divi contact form that I can change)
