Help With CLS and LCP

Hello. Who can help me fix my desktop view CLS and LCP problem please?

Google is reporting CLS more than 0,25 seconds and LCP more than 2,5 seconds, so my website vitality is currently 0 percent for desktop. I’m not able to replicate the problem on gtmetrix.

I have already tried a re-evaluation, but it came out negative.

I have perfmatters and I use litespeed cache and cloudfare CDN. I’m not technical at all, I paid someone a while ago to speed up my website, and it was a lot of money for me. This time I’d like to be able to resolve it myself with your help, please!
