I am trying to build a page where users can submit applications. And i am trying to build a page that shows the users application status. I created an advance custom field called “application status”. For the location rule, I have it set to current user is equal to logged in.
Then I created a page called test and added a text editor and set it to dynamic tag the acf field. I then went to the user profile in wordpress dashboard and see the custom field and add some text into the field like “pending”. However, this does not show on the live page. If i go to ACF settings and put a default value, it shows the default value just fine. BUt updating the field in the users profile page does not transform over.
Any idea what i could be doing wrong?
