I’m trying to view my site as a customer would, but all my site links save my home and shop links send me to Page Not Found. This does not happen when I am logged into WordPress on my browser, how do I fix this? Thanks

Trying resaving your permalinks.
Share your URL.
Go to Settings -> Permalinks and save. Then see if they are fixed.
