Hi, so I have a main domain. Let’s say [maindomain.com]) where I create a subsite so [subsite.maindomain.com]) , when the subsite is filled with info and built well I give it it’s own url let’s say [cooldomainname.com]). I have a person who wants to do maintenance and work on [cooldomainname.com]) I gave this person an editor user account. However, whenever this person tries to login on [cooldomainname.com]) directly after entering their login credentials, they get redirected to [maindomain.com]) and appear to be not logged in on [cooldomainname.com]) nor on [maindomain.com]) .
Does anyone know what’s goin on? Or how to fix this. Would be awesome, thanks in advance. Don’t seem to have any of these problems with the superuser accounts.
