Hi! I had to create a WordPress website when I was in college about 4 years ago. When I created the account I’m assuming I used university given email address (which I no longer have access to since graduating). Basically, I don’t know my password and it’s seeming impossible for me to login due to the email situation.
I have tried logging in multiple times and tried the account recovery form, but they won’t let me submit it because I don’t have the original emails from when I signed up. The weird thing is that I have an email from them saying I changed my email to my current email address, yet now it’s saying there’s no account registered with it.
I would like to delete the account, take down the website and take off my credit card since I’ve been paying for a service I cannot access. It’s weird to me that WordPress has no contact phone number or email and I can only contact or chat with their service team by logging in (which I cannot do). I have no idea how to go on from here and am feeling frustrated. Please let me know if anyone has had this issue or knows how I could go about it.
