Help with malware on my site

[ad_1]

Hoping someone can help with an issue that started last week.

I own a service business and have a website using WordPress. Last week when I went to check my site, it redirected to the URL in the picture.

When you refresh the page, I could access the homepage but all of my other pages threw a 404 error.

When I logged into the wp-admin, I saw there were new users created and blog posts about gambling.

I have since deleted the users and the blog posts, changed my passwords, and installed some security plug ins. The website is back up and running however we’ve noticed that it will occasionally redirect to the same URL and once you refresh the page, everything is back to normal. We’ve noticed our leads have dried up drastically so I’m assuming our potential leads are getting the same issue and are leaving the site. I’ve also tried to run the site through a malware checker but it either says clean or can’t access the site.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions because I’m lost on what to do and where to check for issues now. Thanks!
