We are buidling a website for our client but we are getting this kind of issue on their side. How to resolve this. Is it possible that our ssl is not working properly. We are on cpanel and using let's encrypt ssl
This seems like a firewall issue on their end. Could be your ssl, but it says that Fortigate is not installed properly could also be a vpn thing on their side. Can you access is from a mobile network?
their internal firewall has determined you are an unsafe site. usually because it is a new, uncategorized site. they need to contact IT/fortinet provider to unblock you.
Either the SSL was expired, or there’s something wrong with the device if it’s using VPS or other protection, etc.
Did you install the SSL? And is in valid?
Fix the SSL issue and this will go away
