Help with woo commerce issue. Random gratuity charges appearing at checkout

We are running into an issue where the products are pulling an additional gratuity. The 20% gratuity is supposed to be applied, but the additional “gratuity” shouldn’t. I can’t figure out where it’s pulling from. Any tips??
