How to load post content dynamically

Hello,

I would like to make a page where I can have list of subjects, and when a subject is clicked, a post content loads dynamically on the site without the page-refresh, just like on the example image. I would appreciate a suggestion if there is already a standard and/or popular way of doing this. I am trying to find a solution, up until now with not much success. I do have a bit of knowledge about wordpress, php, js, css.

Any advice is more than welcome!
