Help with WP Engine/Admin

I need to update a plugin that’s on WP Engine, but it tells me I have to update it in WP Admin…and it’s not showing in Admin.
In fact, all the plugins that show in WP Engine are different than the ones I see in WP Admin.

Can anyone tell me why, and what I need to do differently in order to get this updated? Thanks in advance!
