When I look at my /wp-admin site, and I go to Pages, I can Edit the Home page and see everything the way I want it to show. But then hit View, or just load the site, and it’s an old version with text I’ve changed, and artifacts from my initial theme. Why isn’t this page updating? What could be happening? I’ve clicked Update from inside Edit Home page several times. I don’t know what to try. Please let me know if I can add anything else to help.
[Here is the page I’m trying to update](https://preview.redd.it/ddta4mxtxjbd1.png?width=1253&format=png&auto=webp&s=7132d38acb77c7e9a6acc7f8b2473b743e1ee46e) [Pressing Edit, I see this with some updated text and content, which is the version I want](https://preview.redd.it/vj7ovh7yxjbd1.png?width=1261&format=png&auto=webp&s=82deec97d3b0c1e3b98448e954d7a2c2120801bb) [From that page, I can press ‘View Page’ in the top right and it’s back to this old version. The circle at the top – old text which I’ve changed. The circle at the bottom – that is where a bunch of boilerplate theme content starts and I need removed. ](https://preview.redd.it/tjjrepr2yjbd1.png?width=886&format=png&auto=webp&s=ec0e8f524ea06733cd1a655757cf813051fad301) [ad_2]
Maybe check under the godaddy links if there is cache. Clear it and try again.
You probably have to click “Edit site” instead of “Edit page” to change some things on the page template.
Do you use a cache plugin?
Of course.. Godaddy is weird. Don’t u know that?
