I’ve been trying for the last 3 hours to change my profile picture on my author’s page for my blog, and I can’t do that. Most of the time, the gravatar email login link doesn’t work, it logs me out randomly, then can’t login. When it works, I try to add my profile picture, it says the picture has been added, I can see it there, but then if I go to my profile, the image is still not there.
Also this happens with the display name, and also the profile url.
It’s a total mess, and it has been like this since I don’t know when (years). I can’t find my other post here years back, but I complained about it back then too and nothing changed.
Why? Why Gravatar? Why don’t you let me upload a picture on my host and use it as my author profile picture as I’m using self-hosted wordpress? I don’t understand.
