Wp Store Locator is free and open source, so you don’t need a license at all to install it in as many websites as you want.
If you are talking about some of our add-ons, please bear in mind that, as per the WordPress Forum guidelines, support for paid plugins is not permitted here. You will have to write us a ticket instead.

My mistake I was referring to the CSV add-on. I’ll open a ticket
