Houzez theme issues

Hi after the last update a couple of days ago, when I am logged in as admin and go to the live website, I cannot access all the options in the admin bar as the header is blocking it. I've reached out to the support team but they keep saying it's working at their end, however when I've asked my web host to check it they have the same problem as me. I also have another website with the same hosting company (using a different theme to Houzez) and everything is working fine with the admin panel there. I've purged Litespeed cache, all my browser caches but the problem persists.

Does anyone know of any fix please?
