How are WordPress.com website owners with a specified ESP supposed to be messaged?

[ad_1]

I was told by a person that states he is an email marketer that website owners may specify that they only receive email messages from a particular ESP, if so how do people contact website owners that do use only a certain ESP for receiving email, including when the specifiied ESP is not specifically stated on their website?

I send out numerous email messages to website owners like [WordPress.com](http://WordPress.com) but do hear back from most of them, I use free, public domain email addresses like Gmail and Yahoo.

If I send out, then, email message via Yahoo to a [WordPress.com](http://WordPress.com) website owner who only receives emails through Gmail, then my email message won’t go through to that [WordPress.com](http://WordPress.com) site owner.

No such thing exists, on any platform.

Your emails likely went to spam. And most people ignore unsolicited emails from people they don’t know – I sure do.

  2. If you are sending a mail via a contact form on a website, note that it does not arrive in the website owners mailbox as a mail from you but a mail from their own domain. So doesn’t really matter which service you are using.

Also, any cold calling via contact form goes straight into trash for most people. Even with reCaptcha etc. Spam bots are completely out of control. If it’s not in spam already, I instantly delete anything that talks about marketing, seo, performance, security, or penis enlargements. It’s all the same.

Edit: As a general piece of advice, I ignore any (cold) business mail that is send via gmail/yahoo/etc.
